The Neighbourhood Plan aims to ensure that the development of the town will contribute to what residents most value about Stonehouse; a strong, friendly community, a distinctive thriving town in a beautiful rural setting with excellent transport links and employment opportunities. All planning applications will have to pay regard to and conform with this Plan through to 2031.
