Fit for Life Gloucestershire
Wednesday at 10am.
Stonehouse Baptist Church, Gloucester Road, Stonehouse.
(Opposite the Nippy Chippy)
Come along and have a go😊

Participants have their own chair and can either sit or stand during the class.
Our Community based exercise classes have received NHS recognition and awards. Classes are designed for older adults to maintain or improve fitness, strength, power, balance, resilience and wellbeing.

Classes are £5 pay as you go, no contract or membership fees, no requirement to book. Stay after the class for free tea, coffee and biscuits and more importantly a chat 😊
